Franchise Finance adds more experience to the team

The ability to deliver outstanding service to our clients requires a dedicated team of passionate professionals. Meet our newest team members below:

Emily Rider, Head of Multi-Unit Financing



With over 14 years experience in the banking and finance industry, Emily joined the FF team in September having spent the last 3 years working in Allied Irish Bank’s Multi-Unit team.  Emily has a fantastic reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and structuring deals that meet her clients immediate needs whilst also supporting and planning for their future growth plans. 

Emily has strong relationships with many of the large and well established franchise brands including KFC, Dominos, Costa, Starbucks, and Snap gyms.  Emily loves to travel and is a self-confessed fitness freak participating triathlons, mountain climbing and ultra-challenges.

Campbell Chisholm, Assistant Manager, Business Planning and Funding



Campbell joined Franchise Finance in September to manage the needs of our business planning and funding clients.  Campbell has over 15 years experience in the banking and finance industry having held previous roles with Bank of Scotland, HSBC and Lloyds where he has accumulated a broad range of experience in supporting SME’s. 

Campbell is particularly experienced at supporting struggling and underperforming businesses ensuring they get back to stability and ultimately profitability. In his spare time Campbell enjoys running, playing golf and as a proud Scotsman he is passionate about supporting both the Scotland Rugby and Football teams.

Nadab Bhatti, Sales Executive, Leasing



Having graduated in Financial Services, Nadab has focused her career in Sales. She enjoys meeting and interacting with different people. Having worked for Barclays Bank for several years, she then moved on to the car trade and enjoyed the buzz of the prestigious brand Mercedes Benz. Her role as a Sales Executive consisted of various responsibilities, ranging from speaking to clients about product offerings, arranging test drives to keeping up to date with diary management.

Nadab has a strong background in finance and leasing, she understands the opportunities and challenges associated with it. At Franchise Finance, her role will be to assist clients with their asset financing needs.

Nivedita Biswas, Associate Consultant, Business Planning and Funding



Nivedita started her career with Zap Infotech as a franchise development manager in 2000, after completing her degree in accountancy and post graduate diploma in Personnel Management. In 2004, she joined NatWest bank, as a customer service representative and undertook various roles and progressed to become assistant branch manager before joining Business banking.  As a Business Manager, she built and maintained a portfolio of small and medium sized companies. She worked with NatWest for more than a decade and won several awards.

She left NatWest bank in mid-2016 and after a short endeavour in Northview group, she has joined Franchise Finance in May 2018 as an Associate Consultant in business planning and funding team.

Sithara Nair, Marketing Executive



Sithara has worked with several marketing and advertising agencies where she managed marketing campaigns from inception to their successful completion, vendor negotiations and account management. She has excellent interpersonal skills, having dealt with stakeholders ranging from executive management to the top management. Sithara also recently completed her MSc in Marketing from Brunel University, London.

At Franchise Finance, her role will be to deliver Franchise Finance’s marketing plan, manage and define the social media content strategy to drive growth and engagement and manage the CRM database. She hopes to bring in new levels of creativity into the business and be proficient in delivering our communications.
